Rodents
There are more than thirty communicable bacterial and viral diseases that can be transmitted by rodents, including leptospirosis, plague, listeriosis, salmonellosis, Hantavirus, and pulmonary syndrome.
Hantavirus Pulmonary Syndrome (HPS) is a severe, sometimes fatal, respiratory disease in humans caused by infection with hantaviruses. Anyone who comes into contact with rodents that carry hantaviruses is at risk of HPS. Rodent infestation in and around the home remains the primary risk for hantavirus exposure.
However, some types of rodents, especially non-native species including the Norway rat, the roof rat and house mice are pests when they infest houses, it leaves many problems in its wake. They chew through your house, leaving urine and droppings along the way. Their droppings communicate with other mice and rats, showing them the way and proving it’s safe. Rodents will cause Structural , Electrical, Plumbing and Piping damage to your property.
Rodents wil contaminate your food by gnawing through, Cereal boxes, plastic bins of dry storage, bags of grains. While they only eat about three grams daily,rodents will destroy everything they touch. Once a rodent touch your food, it’s unsafe to eat, because rodents carry harmful diseases to humans. Rats urinate and defecate over everything, destroying entire shelves of food in one night.
Bird proofing
Some bird species are considered a real nuisance for businesses.

– Their droppings and feathers can transmit over 60 diseases and compromise air quality, causing serious health and safety concerns.
– Cause property damage by dislodging roof tiles, blocking guttering systems with their nests, and leaving droppings that corrode building material.
